My Portfolio
Hi, my name is Stephanie. I have been a graphic designer for 26 years. In this day and age it's hard to find a designer who doesn't rely on AI to build your logos from scratch. I do just that. I can take a concept from a conversation with my customer and hand draw it. I can then digitize that drawing to create a unique design that is one of a kind. I don't stop there... I can then take that logo and re-create it again and again for each application of the marketing industry. I can digitize it into an embroidery design, turn it into a 3D rendering for a mock up model, separate layers and traps for screen printing and printing press, remove backgrounds for web logos, simplify for small print, and put it into CAD for large sign modeling. I understand all of these concepts because I have personally run each aspect of the print business with my own two hands. I know how to and have screen printed, ran an embroidery machine, printing press, laser engraver, sign making equipment, large format printers and so much more. When choosing a graphic designer for a new startup business or one that has been in existence for years, it's important to choose one that understands all the ways you will need to use the designs they are creating for you. It needs to be one that fits every style of print with ease and is still eye catching and grabs the attention of your target market. That's me. I do just that for all of my clients.
Restaurant Merchandising
I designed the logo, menus, signs, apparel and the bar aesthetic. I designed it from the concept of a single blue pearl. I watched it come together from the floor up. I trained the employees on the POS. I worked with the blueprints to set up the layout. I designed several social media posts for them that went viral. I managed their website, social media and online bookings. I shopped for their dishes, decor, fixtures, furniture and made it all come together with the help of my team.
Auto Graphics
My customer wanted an eye catching design on her car that showed her love for Batman. I created the effect of bats flying. She said she had so many compliments and people who would stop and talk to her because they wanted photos of her car.
Lighted Channel Letter Sign
I took my customers logo and brought to life a channel letter lighted sign that says, "we mean business". I also added logos and hours along with other information to their front door.
Lighted Can Sign
Using my customers existing logo, I created an additional element to it to make it stand out. I then created a simplified lighted can sign in bold red to make it pop at night time and during the day.
Lighted Sign on Raceway
Using my customers existing logo, I replaced their existing sign with a new channel letter lighted sign that stands out both at night and during the day.
Metal Signage
Using my customers existing logo, I created an added element with her signature. She used this sign for a side facing portion of her building visible to the side street for added marketing.
Temporary Signage
Using my customers love for the red, white and blue, I created a temporary sign he can take to events. When he is not catering an event, he will use it outside his catering truck or his home for advertisement.
Stickers and Labels
I created these show stopping labels for my customers condiment dispensers inside their restaurant. They immediately dressed up the condiment bar to give it a professional touch.
Logo and Marketing Materials
I created this logo for a customer who asked for his aesthetics to match the old barn style building he had just remodeled. He loved the barn theme and the Lone Star State of Texas! He specifically asked for a rooster to be added to the star to give it a country feel.
Business Card Design
Using a photo of his own vehicles, I recreated and added them to his logo along with a metallic look for his automotive repair and performance enhancement shop.
T-shirt Screen Printing Design
I hand drew this design to fit exactly what my customer was asking for. We have re-used the same little fellow for several years changing up his style. I then used the design and screen printed the shirts for his event he hosts each year.
Season TIckets
I used my photo editing skills to create one of a kind season tickets for a local high school. I had to use my creativity and think outside the box. I had to engineer a way to perforate horizontally all the way across then vertically half way up. They absolutely loved them.
Laser Engraved Pens
I designed text to fit the specific pen my customer wanted engraved. I then laser engraved them personally.
Screen Print Design
2 color screen print with white underbase. This customer asked us for a distressed look with baseball laces and text for their tournament shirt.
Embroidered Caps
I designed his logo with the knowledge he would be ordering a lot of embroidered caps. Embroidered caps are one of the hardest things to design for because of their curved shape. Small text and graphics are a challenge for this application. I digitized it for embroidery but I also digitized it for use on all print materials, signage, etc.
Van Graphics
I designed his logo and this text to be put on his work van and then I installed it onto the van. It is very easily read. The text used is meant to be read from a short distance while the number is bold from more of a distance for easy contact.
Laser Engraved and Laser Cut Ornaments
I designed these per my customer's request to "just use my creative touch". This will be used as car charms that she will add fragrance to. They are made of an inexpensive thin wood that can withstand a fragrance oil.
Letters With Neon
I created this sign with neon lighting. The lights can be programmed to blink, trail or even follow the beat of music. This was definitely a fun job.
Lighted Can Sign
I used the customers existing logo to print this sign and install it.
Perforated Window Decal
I created this window decal using 50/50 perforated vinyl that you can see through from the inside for safety.
New Logo and Screen Printed Tees Mock-Up
I hand drew this logo for a customer for her child care business. I then created this mock-up to show her the difference between a colored print or a single color print. She was able to see her vision come to life and she chose to upgrade to the colored version of the design for her tees.
